Director of Operations: Caron Delancy, MPA, MNM, GCDF, CDFI attended and received degrees from Howard University, Florida Atlantic University and Barry University where she received advanced degrees in Psychology, Public Administration/Nonprofit Management and is completing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource. Caron has over 22 years of nonprofit experience working with grass roots organizations in South Florida as the director of programs, director of operations and in executive director positions that focused on minority populations and individuals struggling with homelessness, mental health, HIV, and substance abuse issues. She has simultaneously spent the past 10 years in academia as a Director of Career Services and an adjunct professor under the business department focused on ethics, management and leadership.
